The Role

We are seeking a Technical Lead to oversee, architect, and implement technical solutions across multiple client projects using modern web technologies. In this remote role, you will drive technical excellence while maintaining hands-on development responsibilities. The position combines technical leadership, client communication, and hands-on coding to deliver exceptional digital experiences. Success in this role hinges on several key areas: improving technical documentation and standards, architecting client project solutions, and enhancing team productivity.

This is a unique opportunity for a talented engineer to shape technical direction while staying hands-on with code. Unlike traditional lead roles, you’ll architect and build solutions across diverse projects, working with modern tech stacks and leading technical discussions with clients. You’ll have the autonomy to make high-level decisions while actively coding. This is a remote and full-time position with a salary range of X-X based on experience and location. This position reports to the CEO. Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement technical solutions across multiple client projects using modern web technologies
  • Improve technical documentation and standards and enhance team productivity
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and present solutions directly to clients
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members while contributing to code reviews and best practices
  • Manage technical scope, timelines, and resource allocation across concurrent projects
  • Contribute directly to development work, maintaining high code quality standards
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Drive technical innovation and establish coding standards across projects
  • Foster an environment that resonates with the creative ethos at TinyWins, nurturing a culture of contribution, innovation, and success
  • Pioneer the next chapter of TinyWins, partnering with leadership to define long-term goals and special projects that will help us grow and thrive

  • Strong technical leadership & communication skills

    • Experience mentoring developers and leading technical teams
    • Track record of successful client relationship management
  • Project Management Excellence
    • Expert at scope definition and project estimation
    • Skilled at managing multiple concurrent projects
    • Experience with project management tools
  • Technical Expertise
    • 5+ years professional web development experience
    • Knowledge of Next.js or similar React frameworks
    • Strong understanding of SEO and accessibility best practices
    • Portfolio featuring complex web applications
  • Professional Qualities
