The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Account Manager to ensure TinyWins’ clients receive an exceptional experience from start to finish. With numerous exciting new projects on the horizon, we need strong account leadership — someone who thrives on taking charge, keeps track of every detail, and is comfortable in a hybrid account/project management role.
The ideal candidate excels in both strategic thinking and day-to-day project management, has industry expertise in our service offerings, and the ability to build genuine client relationships. They’re a team player with solid intuition and curiosity for the work, and can tactfully navigate when to push and when to pull. They’re also experienced at orchestrating projects — bringing in the right players and connecting the dots to build relationships both internally and externally. We need a solutions-oriented individual who goes the extra mile and maintains a positive attitude. Above all, we’re looking for someone genuinely excited about our clients’ businesses and our service offerings.
Success in this role will be evident as the Senior Account Manager establishes themselves as a project leader both internally and externally. They’ll gain a deep understanding of their accounts and leverage this knowledge to collaborate with the Group Account Director in developing strategies for new workstreams. Responsibilities
- Oversee client projects, balancing strategic vision with meticulous execution of details.
- Establish yourself as a senior project leader, both internally and externally.
- Leverage deep understanding of accounts to develop and propose new work streams in collaboration with the Group Account Director.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Foster a high-performance internal culture by setting and upholding standards, promoting curiosity and proactivity.
- Lead end-to-end strategy on projects, ensuring deliverables align with client strategy and support broader organizational goals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure project alignment, synergy, and quality standards.
- Manage resources effectively to deliver exceptional work on time and within budget.
- Proactively anticipate and address client needs, ensuring authenticity in messaging and alignment with brand identity.
- Provide confident, insightful perspectives to both clients and internal teams.
- Integrate seamlessly into client business structures, effectively “speaking their language”.
- Identify and pursue opportunities with existing clients and in the broader marketplace.
- Spearhead client meetings and collaborate closely with clients.
- Develop scope specifications, contribute to SOW creation, and review budgets and SOWs before client submission, in coordination with leadership.
- Take ownership of financial aspects including budgeting, billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups for client accounts.
- Achieve or surpass annual account growth targets.
Qualifications
- A degree in marketing or a related field
- 3-5 years of marketing experience in a client service environment
- Deep passion and fluency in our business offerings, including brand strategy, verbal and visual identities, web design and development
- Skilled in fostering positive relationships and ensuring clear, productive dialogue with everyone involved
- Adept at adjusting communication style and forging authentic partnerships for different audiences and contexts
- Eagerness to partner with internal stakeholders(creative, tech, design, production, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to capture attention, convey ideas clearly, and foster connection
- Critical decision-making with strong instincts, fueled by a natural intellectual curiosity
- Ability to approach tasks with precision and determination
- Ability to manage complex solutions involving multiple stakeholders with ease
- Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accurate and efficient task completion
- Confidence in operating across project management tools and related tools such as Figma
- Unfazed by tight deadlines and conflicting priorities
