The Role
We’re currently looking for a Product Designer to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll spearhead the creation of compelling brand narratives and design systems that make waves across digital platforms, primarily product design sprints for TinyWins clients. The ideal candidate has a burning desire to see their designs make a real-world impact. You should be a design enthusiast, always keeping your finger on the pulse of industry trends.
Solid communication skills are a must, both when collaborating with the team and when dealing with clients. We’ll give you the freedom to break boundaries and set new benchmarks in digital branding and products. You’ll have the chance to steer our studio’s creative direction and watch your concepts come to life as impactful digital experiences.

This is a remote contract position with an expected workload of 20–40 hours per week. We’re offering a 90-day initial contract, with the potential to extend based on performance. The hourly rate ranges from depending on years of experience and location.
Responsibilities
- Skillfully evolve existing brands
- Create original work, avoiding reliance on pre-made templates
- Align design decisions with business goals
- Craft experiences and systems from scratch, translating them to digital and web platforms
- Collaborate with clients and team members in a remote environment
- Manage at least two projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Expert in brand design with a strong digital focus
- Understanding of brand complexities from strategy to web implementation
- Proficient in core skills including Figma, prototyping, product design, UX design, and UI design, with additional expertise in 2D animation, motion design, and Adobe Suite.
- Strong graphic design skills across various mediums
- Experience working with notable brands or on large-scale projects
- Experience with or interest in 3D design and animation
- Eagerness to partner with internal stakeholders (creative, tech, design, production, etc.)
- Strong communicator who captures attention, conveys ideas clearly, and fosters connection
- Confident executor who approaches tasks with precision and determination
