Director of Business Development x TinyWins
Remote / Full-time
About TinyWins
We started small. One client at a time. Feeling by feeling. These early triumphs weren’t just victories; they were the stepping stones — the ‘Tiny Wins’ that propelled us forward, sparking momentum that still drives us today. We’re not just an agency. Or a studio. Or a consultancy. Or a digital shop. We are all of those things. And in a mission to build irrational love between brands and their consumers, we start every project with one question: How do we want to make people feel?
As a remote-first team, we tackle everything from brand strategy to verbal and visual identities, web design and development to marketing, and beyond — and we're anticipating more tiny wins to create major growth in the future. If our mission gives you the feels, you can learn more here.
The Role
TinyWins has seen incredible growth over the past two years—revenue is up 30% year-over-year, following a 40% increase the year before. Now, we’re on track to double our revenue again this year and hit $20M, and we’re expanding our Business Development team to help make it happen. We were recently acquired by The Shipyard, one of the nation’s fastest-growing independent agencies, to combine talents and help expand our reach. It’s a partnership that will allow us to retain our brand and gain access to new clients, expand service offerings, and get infrastructure support.
We’re looking for a talented business development professional with experience in the design and/or digital agency space. You’ve successfully built relationships, generated leads, and closed deals—and ideally, you come with a strong network in the industry. This role will be focused primarily on outbound sales, so we’re looking for someone proactive, strategic, and ready to run with the momentum we’ve built.
The sweet spot on sales is $300k-$500k with some projects selling in the $2-3M range. It’s a mix of projects and retainers, with a lot of repeat business.
