The Role

We are seeking a Head of Creative to oversee creative design, brand operations and creative talent at TinyWins. This person has industry expertise along with the hustle and growth mindset that match our values. They are a strategic thinker and a doer, with a knack for staying ahead of the game. They resonate with the creative ethos at TinyWins, bringing a steadfast ambition to contribute and drive success for an agency with extreme growth trajectory underway. This person has a thirst for the work they build, with leadership and confidence every step of the way.

Responsibilities

  • Foster creative leadership by cultivating a robust, community-driven team, inspiring growth and innovation, and setting a strong example.
  • Collaborate closely with the C-suite leadership team, fostering strong relationships to pursue new business opportunities and develop deep visionary strategies for both TinyWins’ clients and the TinyWins brand.
  • Elevate and enhance everyone’s thinking and output—you’re the magic mind with loads of creative inspiration to share.
  • Lead, inspire, and secure authentic business relationships on sales calls with clients.
  • Work closely with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand their goals and ensure that the creative direction meets both aesthetic and business requirements.
  • Effectively explain the strategy behind the ideas. Strong presentation and persuasion skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Manage a diverse creative team, encouraging their independence and professional growth while ensuring a harmonious, creative, and productive work environment.
  • Rigorously ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with client expectations. This includes maintaining a close eye on every project’s progression and stepping in when necessary to guarantee quality and consistency.
  • Be actively involved in all stages of the creative process, from concept brainstorming to final execution. This requires a hands-on approach and a keen understanding of the creative landscape.
  • Lead with a strategic mindset, anticipating industry trends and guiding the company’s creative direction accordingly.
  • Oversee and continuously refine the processes of the creative team, which includes establishing efficient workflow cadence, and implementing effective project management strategies.
  • Foster seamless collaboration between teams across the organization to ensure smooth workflows, meet project deadlines, and deliver exceptional results.
  • Foster an environment that resonates with the creative ethos at TinyWins, nurturing a culture of contribution, innovation, and success.
  • Pioneer the next chapter of TinyWins, partnering to define long-term goals and special projects that will help us grow and thrive.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of related experience in creative and people management in an agency setting or similar environment.
  • Proficiency in Figma, standard design tools, and various AI tools.
  • Unmatched creative eye, keen understanding of the creative landscape.
  • Clear communication skills for effective project guidance and coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to maintain project schedules.
  • An autonomous work style, showing initiative, managing tasks independently, and demonstrating self-motivation and responsibility.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
